Aditya’s Birla’s Abof.com launches 1st experience zone

After clocking up a 100 crore in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) in its opening 90 days of trading, the Aditya Birla promoted fashion portal, Abof.com is scaling greater heights by creating experience zones for its customers.

The first one will be opened in Mantri Mall, Bengaluru. The experience zone is a physical store where customers will get greater exposure to the brand and build up trust.

Consumers will be able to:

  • Explore abundant fashion content
  • Identify the upcoming trends
  • Touch and feel the apparel
  • Utilise the 3D virtual trial room
  • Bookmark wish-list

“We take great pride in being India’s first fashion portal to launch an ‘Experience Zone.’ Our larger objective is to introduce customers to the unlimited possibilities of online shopping which we believe is far superior experience than shopping offline. With the experience zone, consumers can review abof’s collections, browse our website, get style tips and witness the largeness of advanced technologies like our 3D trial room and Visual search which significantly upgrade the online shopping experience for our customers,” said Prashant Gupta, President & CEO, abof.com.

In the recent past, etailers such as Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, Lenskart, Pepperfry, Craftsvilla and Myntra have decided to take the offline option, either through experience zones or omni-channel route.
