The payment options available on Kisan store are - Cash on Delivery, Net Banking, UPI, Amazon Pay, debit and credit cards. Farmers can shop on this store in five languages - Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam.
Amazon provides online shopping assistance to farmers through Amazon Easy Store. Farmers can visit the stores and get help regarding account creation, order placement, and checkout. This creates trust and helps thousands of farmers step into online shopping.
This latest move of Amazon improves its customer base and is also in sync with India's vision to digitalize the agricultural sector.
