Shopclues wants to fine tune its logistics process as well. The etailer plans on doing so with the help of a new facility on its Store Manager called – ‘Courier Pickup Response Tracker’. The launch of this feature was announced to Shopclues sellers through an email, last week.
The etailer said the Courier Pickup Response Tracker is expected to enable:
Shopclues seller will receive regular updates on the seller panel, such as:
Sellers can then easily confirm pickups , raise tickets and add/remove remarks. Tickets against a courier pickup can be raised if is remarks have not been uploaded by the courier partner. This will be allowed only after the daily courier upload cut off time for the same.
There will be a 24 hour window for Shopclues seller to either confirm or raise a ticket against a pickup. After this time frame has expired, this option will freeze. Preventing sellers from editing remarks as well.
