There is no question that coupons became a buzzword in the Indian ecommerce scene in 2015. Despite etailers aiming to cut down on discounts, the sheer popularity of coupons ensured that they are not going anywhere in a hurry. While coupons were a big contributor in increasing online sales, by the looks of the below survey by ShopPirate.in, still more needs to be done to increase awareness and ensure more consumers warm up to them in the future.
