Online marketplace Snapdeal and logistics player GoJavas has introduced 90 minutes reverse pick-ups service for customers, an industry first. Currently live in 15 cities, products would be picked up customers within 90 minutes of intimation that they want to return their orders.
It is not enough to have a returns process in place, but it is also important to ensure reverse pick-up is done smoothly and as soon as possible. So Snapdeal’s 90 minutes reverse pick-up has been put in place to enable swift and hassle free returns, while also making way for quicker refunds to customers.
GoJavas has been in the industry for a while now, so a service launched by them would be after taking the practical side into consideration. Enhancing the online shopping experience, to attract more customers and to keep current customers hooked, is the focus of online marketplaces. Their efforts to improve logistics and supply solutions to deliver products with speed is in tune with this, to strengthen the buyer-seller transaction ecosystem.
