India E-commerce needs the same terms & conditions or policy for all the sellers. As per the latest report by Reuters, all e-commerce required the same guidelines. India is thinking and coming up with new e-commerce policies at the request of brick-and-mortar retailers claiming a flout of federal regulations against huge e-commerce giants like Walmart and Amazon.

Whereas a giant company like Amazon and Flipkart has denied this allegation. As per last month's report by Reuters, Amazon is giving special treatment to a group of small sellers and avoiding all the foreign investment rules set by the government.

The new policy document  says that "E-commerce must make sure about giving the same treatment to all the sellers who are registering on platforms without using an algorithm to provide excellent treatment only to selected sellers/vendors.” However, the e-commerce spokesman has wholly denied this comment. Amazon also disclosed its strategy to avoid India’s regulators. The new policy is the same for all the giants like Amazon and Flipkart, along with the Indian Reliance industry, planning to scale up their online JioMart platform.

All the Amazon, Walmart, and Flipkart have not responded to the comment early on. In January, Reuters also said that India is making new changes in the foreign investment rules, which can help the players like Amazon to restructure their collaboration plan with other big sellers. Government officials are set to talk next week with the executive on some basic rules. On Saturday, the government officials who belong to several departments like the commerce industry met to discuss the e-commerce policy.

The document says E-commerce is planning to bring new laws like getting clear and transparent policies for online discounts. Last month Reuters also noted that giants had helped small groups of sellers on Indian platforms by providing a decent range discount by giving one special cut deals with great tech manufacturers. In that case, Amazon has replied that "we do not give special treatment in the market or to any seller." Amazon further added, "it does treat sellers equally, transparently, and non-discriminatory manner."

Besides, the policy changes are not apparent. Moreover, the Indians traders have revealed and complained that giant companies' discounts are different, and many small retailers are not getting the same values.
