Poshmark, Inc.Unveils Suite of Seller Focussed Innovations


Poshmark, Inc, a well-known and leading social marketplace for new and secondhand products for women, home, kids, pets, and more, has announced a new vision for seller growth and product innovation by forming a new team dedicated to supporting millions of its sellers across the USA, Canada, Australia, and India. Poshmark revealed this information at its annual community conference, PoshFest.
The decision was taken instead of revealing its vision to become the number one destination for sellers worldwide. The concept focuses on establishing a suite of seller-focused innovations to bring the insights and personalizations of the in-store retail experience both online and at scale. To achieve this vision, the company has named co-founder Tracy Sun as the Senior Vice President of Seller Experience, a new role concerning serving Poshmark’s diverse and engaged seller community. The dedicated team will oversee the company’s role in making it easier for sellers to engage with more shoppers and buyers by empowering them to build better businesses in an ever-evolving retail ecosystem.

The newly established Seller Experience team focuses on seller support and innovating at all levels - right from casual sellers to assisting large boutiques and brands - to anybody who wants to do business on Poshmark quickly and easily, depending upon their growth, scalability over time and motivation. Poshmark has also launched two products, My Shoppers and Closet Insights, to transform the seller experience by empowering sellers with the powerful customer and closet insights resonating their capabilities typically reserved for larger-scale retailers, helping their business to reach new heights of success and accomplishment.

My Shoppers
To make their goal of assisting sellers in achieving their success, Poshmark has launched My Shoppers. This transformative clienteling feature aligns with the company’s vision of the world’s most skilled in-store retail associate. It enables sellers to get the necessary assistance concerning suggesting relevant products, highly personalized experience at scale. With this new feature, sellers can easily pinpoint, close compelling leads with great precision in just one tool.
