Shopclues modifies the steps for raising tickets, effective Aug 7th

We have to say, Shopclues seems to be making more changes this year compared to the last. Including the acquisition of mobile payments startup Momoe, is the etailer rushing to secure a more solid spot in the GMV race?

‘Raise Catalog Ticket’ link no longer available

Effective Aug 7th, the ‘Raise Catalog Ticket’ link will no longer be available. According to an email from Shopclues, tickets can be raised under Merchant Support instead.

• Login to your Store Manager

• Click on “Merchant Support”

• Select Issue type & mention complete details

• Click on “Create Ticket”
