Amazon extends promotional dates to 30th June 2015

Via email, Amazon has informed sellers of the following changes to ease the online selling experience on the Amazon India platform:
Subscription fee waived
Amazon has waived off subscription fee for an additional 6 months, so the previous deadline of 31st Dec 2014 has now been changed to 30th June 2015.
Easy Ship extended
Easy ship shipping fee and delivery service fee have also been extended for the same period, until 30th June 2015.
Promotional referral fees extended
Promotional referral fees will now be valid till 31st March 2015 and are applicable for the following categories – Books, Movies, Music, Video Games, Luggage, Fashion Jewelry, Watches, Handbags, Sports, PCA, Toys, Home, Accessories (Electronics, PC, Mobile and Tablet), Mobile Phones, Tablets, Consumer Electronics, PC, Laptops, Video games – Consoles, Baby, Beauty, Kitchen, and HPC.
Apparel, Shoes and Eyewear
Promotional rates for these categories will be applicable till 30th April 2015.
New categories
Categories launched after 30th April 2015 will be charged at the applicable promotional rates till the first anniversary of that category.
The updated fee schedule with the new promotional rates is available on the site.
Amazon’s effort to encourage sellers to continue selling on its platform could be a welcome year-end gift for sellers.
