Ebay India Requires Sellers To Specify Warranty Information For Mandatory Categories

Ebay India has made some warranty related changes to its Returns and Warranty policies. The company says that it will now be mandatory for sellers on their platform to mention warranty related information in certain categories. It has said that failure to do so will result in merchant’s items not getting listed or re-listed.

What if you do not offer warranty on your product?

That is okay but you will have to clearly mention ‘No Warranty’ in the application listing. If you haven’t done this then you should go ahead and make the changes soon or your listings will suffer.
