Shopclues is working hard to develop its platform and improve is seller base. It has begun enhancing its seller support system and now it plans on changing its seller policy for improved development.
In an email to online sellers, the marketplace stated that it will be changing two key elements in this policy. They include –
This is meant to determine how good a seller is on the marketplace. The greater the performance score the better will be his rating. This, in turn, will impact the business coming to the online seller.
– Sellers who dispatch orders within 24 hours of its placement will receive a 5% payback of the selling fees. If 95% of orders are fulfilled in 24 hours an additional 15% payback will be offered on the total selling fee.
To support seller business, Shopclues bears logistics costs of orders delivered along with the seller. From now on a minimal logistics cost for RTO will be charged to the seller.
The fulfilment charges of Rs.5 per RTO will be changed by the 4th of January 2017, the marketplace stated in its email.
