Mr. Voonik addressing its Seller panel Slowdown?

Slowdowns seem to be a common effect in online retail these day. IOS informed you about product return delay at Shopclues due to uncontrollable conditions.

Now another online retailer has informed its online sellers via email that they will be facing slowdown issues too. On Friday, last week, the Mr Voonik team acknowledged that the sellers on this portal have been facing frequent slowdown on the seller panel.

This issue is the result of a heavy load on the system. The team assured Mr Voonik sellers that the issue is being looked into. Sellers will be kept posted about the progress of the situation. Until then, sellers need not worry about SLA breach, as  penalties will not be charged.

  1. Probably also due to the rapid growth of the Online Shop. That plus the launching of a somewhat revolutionary App may have overworked Manpower and technical possibilities of Voonik. Or is there another known reason for the slowdown?

  2. Order received and processed but can’t print the Label. No Seller Support number. Delay reply for the emails.
    Very difficult to mange.
