There are only 5 particular formats an online seller can follow for the A+ content display. The required images may be created by the seller’s creative team or his ad agency. Once your A+ content is ready you must submit it to Amazon for reviewing, The etailer will check to see if the images provided are up to mark and if the words used in the content are  abusive.
