Last month, we heard how Amazon India sellers were getting miffed with the ecommerce giant for stringent policies favouring customers. Subsequently, we heard about Amazon’s call centre exclusively for sellers with 100 agents on board already.
In what looks like efforts to coax sellers by providing the best services, now we hear that Amazon India Seller Support timings have been extended for another three hours on all days of the week. So from the previous timing of 9 am to 6 pm, a 12-hour support window would be applicable now, ie. 9 am – 9 pm, informed the company in an email to sellers.
Amazon India sellers can now connect with the team for a longer time period and hopefully their concerns would get sorted faster.
