Amazon’s Easy ship- Packaging slip no longer required!
Amazon seems to be making a lot of seller friendly changes to make sellers comfortable with selling on Amazon. Last week Amazon informed sellers that they could submit data in the same formats that they used for Flipkart and Snapdeal.
Another convenience that’s coming the sellers’ way is faster processing time, as sellers are not required to provide a copy of the packaging slip for Easy Ship orders anymore. Customer declaration was earlier a part of the packaging slip, which is why they had to be submitted. But from now on, they are integrated with the shipping label.
For an Easy Ship order, sellers now need to submit the following documents:
- Copy of shipping label
- Copy of invoice
- State specific Regulatory Forms (if applicable)
Looks like Amazon wants to help sellers in processing packages faster and save on valuable resources. All sellers would need to do now is paste the shipping label on the packages and hand over the invoice and regulatory forms to Amazon associate who comes for picking up the package.
Does this make it easier for Amazon sellers?
